What really got me going on exercising and sticking with it was the Zombies 5k and Zombies Run apps.

As a gamer, I love the story, gathering supplies, building my base, all of it. And to do any of that I have to run, I have to move. It helps motivate me to actually get out there and run.

I’m Starting Something New

I’m Starting Something New

Now that I’m in my 30s health has become more of a priority. And I’ve had a number of people tell me it’s easier to maintain health┬áthan get healthy. Plus┬áI’ve noticed my body doesn’t handle life as easily than it did even 5 years ago. So I figured now was the time to get into a healthy routine while I’m still in relatively good shape. Several┬áof my goals I set at the beginning of the year were focused on health. ┬áSpecifically, I wanted to drink 3 glasses of water per day, do yoga 5 times per week, and lift 3 times per week.
